CubeCMP 2.0 Has Landed! The Hybrid Cloud Platform for Modern Enterprises

The CubeCMP 2.0 release has landed! The 2.0 release brings an updated user experience that simplifies the resource provision workflow, makes management much more intuitive and increases platform performance. CubeCMP supports a hybrid cloud adoption with new tools that help you manage and optimize resource utilization and maximize platform performance. 

CubeCMP is the hybrid cloud management platform built on top of our CubeCOS private virtualization platform to achieve a cohesive hybrid cloud strategy. CubeCMP simplifies multi-tenant management, streamlines Kubernetes cluster deployments, and enables large-scale application deployments. 

The 2.0 release brings two new key features and enhancements to help you operate and optimize your hybrid virtual infrastructure. The Auto Scaling Group (ASG) module automates resource scaling to match change workload demands. The new billing module delivers granular cost insights to help you control costs. With the updated management interface, we made management more intuitive and straightforward. The API update extends the security controls of the API and expands resources under the power of the API.

Auto Scaling Group for Modern Workloads

The ASG module in CubeCMP 2.0 allows for elastic scaling of instance (VM) compute resources via scaling policies based on instance (VM) CPU, memory, and network utilization. With the provided real-time usage monitoring, it is easier to optimize performance and reduce resource waste.

Billing Module

This release’s newly added billing feature enhances billing transparency by providing real-time cost reports and usage analytics. It supports multi-level billing, tracking and managing usage and costs across tenants. Customers can set custom spending limits for each tenant and adjust prices at any time, with changes taking effect in the following month—ideal for both internal chargebacks and external billing needs. Additionally, our API integration allows enterprises to connect with external financial systems and automate invoice delivery.
